1. Shipping Coverage

      • We currently ship across India to all major cities and locations.

    • We do not ship to international locations at this time.

2. Processing Time

      • Order delivered Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

      • If your order is placed after 5 PM IST, it will be processed the next business day.

    • During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, etc.), processing time may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities 5-7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas 7-10 business days

      • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or logistics issues.

    • If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for updates.

4. Shipping Charges

      • Standard Shipping: ₹60 (Applicable on orders below ₹500)

      • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹500

    • Express Shipping: ₹100 (Delivery within 2-3 days for select locations)

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

      • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.

      • You can track your order in real-time using the tracking number provided.

    • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

      • Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.

      • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may:
            • Contact you to reschedule delivery.

          • Leave the package at your designated location (if applicable).

    • If the delivery fails after two attempts, the package will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may be charged.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

      • If you receive a damaged, broken, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Address Changes & Order Modifications

      • Address Changes:
            • You can update your shipping address before order dispatch by contacting us.

          • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible and could result in additional charges.

    • Order Modifications:
          • Once an order is placed, modifications (size, quantity, product) may not be possible after 12 hours.

        • If you need modifications, contact us immediately, and we will try our best to accommodate.


9. Undelivered or Lost Packages

      • In rare cases, if a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with our courier partner.

      • If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

    • SYNAGIC is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

10. International Shipping

      • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
