1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

    • The product received is damaged or broken due to transit.
    • The wrong item has been delivered.
    • The product is unopened and sealed, but you wish to return it.

We DO NOT accept returns in the following cases:

    • The product has been used, opened, or partially consumed.
    • The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
    • The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    2. Provide Proof – Share images/videos of the damaged or unopened product along with your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
    3. Approval & Shipping – Once we verify the request, we will provide a return shipping address. You must ship the product back to us within 3 days of return approval.
    4. Inspection & Confirmation – After receiving the product, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.

3. Refund Policy

    • Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
    • If approved, the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
    • If the product is found used, opened, or tampered with, the refund request will be rejected, and the product will not be returned to the customer.

4. Replacement Policy

    • If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
    • Replacement requests must follow the same return request process.
    • If the same product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternative product of the same value.
    • Replacement orders will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days

5. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
    • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
    • If you refuse delivery of the order, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
